The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 1, reinserting subsection (i) and renumbering and relettering the remaining subsections and subdivisions;

And, on page 10, section 3, line 3, by striking “members of the commission State Treasurer, in his or her capacity as the chair of the commission,” and inserting “members of the commission”.
